Focus & Attention for Sports Training
We work on an individual and group basis with sports professionals of all ages to help them develop calm, focused attention on and off the field. Once-a-week meetings with the trainer addresses individual patterns of the players: for example, negative self-talk, bouncing back from a “rough” period of competition, time management and stress reduction.
Sessions are generally one hour, once a week. No home visits, but we can come to sports training facilities and clubs!
